your tasks

  • Office management: Coordinating supplies (office supplies, groceries), keeping the common areas clean and tidy, supervising maintenance (lighting, plumbing) and liaising with suppliers and the building manager on ongoing repairs.
  • Office support: Greeting visitors, operating the reception desk, managing parking and ordering business cards.
  • Organising meetings: Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences and room management.
  • HR support: First point of contact for HR queries, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with employee benefit programmes and recruitment processes.
  • Safety and development: Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and organising global training.

what we expect

  • Experience in a similar position (Office Administration/HR) would be an advantage
  • Advanced German (min. B2/C1 level.
  • Ability to speak English at a good level (B2)
  • Knowledge of HR practices and indicators as well as the basics of employment law.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactivity, teamwork skills and good time management
  • Knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Commitment to process improvement and customer focus.
