Tax Platform Deployment Specialist

For our client, a global professional services and solutions leader, we are looking for a Tax Process Excellence Lead to work in a hybrid model.

We are seeking a professional with a strong background in both Tax and Project Management, who can communicate fluently in English (C1 level minimum).

What will your tasks involve?

Support the deployment of the Global Business Platform and driving key transformation initiatives.
Conduct "as-is" analysis and help define target ("to-be") operational processes.
Facilitate Change Impact Assessments and close gaps between current and future states.
Provide tax process expertise while ensuring strict alignment with project methodologies.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive overall business readiness.
Draft SOPs, training assets, and change communications for new ways of working.
Deliver end-user training to accelerate adoption of newly introduced processes.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and optimization opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing key lessons learned and best practices.

What we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
Proven Finance/Accounting experience within an SSC/BPO environment.
Strong understanding of VAT processes (sales, purchases, VAT returns) and Excise taxes.
Solid foundation in general accounting principles.
Hands-on familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on end-to-end processes.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Hands-on experience in Change Management and training—including creating engaging materials and delivering training to foster new ways of working.
